What to include for faster response
If your request concerns API integration, confirm whether you are an authorized administrator or an authorized representative. If you already submitted a quote request, include the email subject and approximate send time. For security or deletion topics, provide enough detail for verification but do not send sensitive credentials by email.
For new sales requests, it is helpful to note whether your priority is executive reporting, pacing alerts, or cross-channel governance. This allows us to recommend the most appropriate starting plan and avoids over-scoping in early discussions. If your team manages both Meta and TikTok accounts, mention whether account ownership is centralized or distributed across business units.
