Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of services provided by Obi Guitar Factory. By purchasing a service plan, submitting onboarding information, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these terms and any applicable order-specific statements of work.

Service scope and commercial model

Our standard plans include a one-time setup fee and an ongoing monthly service fee. Deliverables, timelines, and support model vary by selected plan and confirmed scope. We provide marketing analytics operations, API integration support, and reporting automation. We do not guarantee advertising outcomes such as revenue targets or platform approval decisions.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate organizational information, authorized contacts, and lawful access approvals for relevant advertising accounts. Clients remain responsible for campaign content, media buying decisions, and legal compliance in their jurisdictions. If account ownership or permission status is unclear, we may delay service activation until verified.

Platform and policy compliance

API-related work involving TikTok Marketing API, Meta Marketing API, or similar services is performed for authorized accounts only. All integrations are handled in policy compliant workflows. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate work if requested actions appear unauthorized, unlawful, or non-compliant with platform terms.

Confidentiality and intellectual property

Each party retains ownership of pre-existing intellectual property. Project outputs are licensed to the client for internal business use unless otherwise agreed. Both parties must treat non-public operational and business information as confidential, except where disclosure is legally required.

Liability and termination

Services are provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to direct damages and capped by fees paid for the applicable service period. Either party may terminate in line with contract terms. Governing law defaults to Japan unless otherwise agreed in writing.
