Billing, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how commercial terms are handled after quote approval. Obi Guitar Factory operates primarily on invoice-based B2B contracts. Standard billing currency is JPY and standard settlement is bank transfer. This structure supports procurement workflows that require reviewable documentation rather than instant card settlement.
Invoice and payment terms
Default payment method is bank transfer in JPY. Standard payment term is Net 30 unless another term is defined in contract documents. Invoices usually include one-time setup fees and recurring monthly service fees according to the approved scope. Clients are responsible for remittance fees and local transfer costs unless otherwise agreed.
Performance-based contract options
For selected projects, performance-based contract structures may be offered when objective measurement criteria can be defined in advance. Such structures are documented in writing and do not remove client responsibilities around account authorization, creative production, or media budget decisions.
Cancellation and contract adjustment
Monthly service cancellation requires written notice to info@ogf-report.com. Unless a custom term is specified, cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle following notice. Scope reductions or expansions are handled via written amendment so both sides have clear operational boundaries.
Refund handling
Because standard billing is invoice + bank transfer, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for overpayment, duplicate remittance, or agreed non-delivery situations documented in contract terms. Setup work already delivered is generally non-refundable unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Request process
For billing, cancellation, or refund inquiries, email info@ogf-report.com with subject line Billing/Contract Request and include company name, invoice reference, and request summary.
Our default model is invoice billing with JPY bank transfer (Net 30). Performance-based contracts are available for qualified scopes with clearly defined measurement criteria.
