Implementation Process

If permissions drift or ownership is unclear, we pause integration to protect both client and platform compliance.

3) Reporting

Once access is stable, we configure recurring data collection and reporting outputs for operational and executive use. Early cycles focus on validation: metric consistency, data freshness, exception handling, and communication clarity. This stage produces a reliable reporting baseline that your team can trust.

4) Optimization

After reporting is stable, we run a structured review loop with prioritized actions. We track pacing risk, creative fatigue, and channel allocation opportunities while documenting decisions and outcomes. The objective is not one-time insight, but a sustained operational rhythm.

Governance checkpoints

At each stage we record what was approved, what changed, and who owns next actions. This includes access request logs, metric definition changes, and escalation notes for data anomalies. These checkpoints are essential when multiple stakeholders join mid-project or when account ownership changes over time. Clear governance records keep delivery stable and auditable.
