Data Deletion Request Procedure

Obi Guitar Factory provides a documented process for deleting service-related data upon valid request. Requests must be submitted by an authorized representative of the relevant organization. We do not process deletion requests from unverified parties because unauthorized deletion can harm account integrity and legal compliance.

How to submit a request

  1. Send email to info@ogf-report.com with subject line Data Deletion Request.
  2. Include company name, requester role, and contact details.
  3. Provide account identifiers and scope of deletion (full or partial).
  4. State whether services are active, paused, or terminated.

Verification and response timeline

We first verify identity and authority. Initial acknowledgment is typically sent within 5-10 business days. Deletion is usually completed within 30 business days after verification, unless legal retention duties or unresolved billing obligations require limited temporary retention.

What deletion covers

Depending on request scope, deletion may include report datasets, cached exports, and project-level records no longer required for legal or operational obligations. Some logs may remain for limited periods to support security audit trails, then are removed according to retention policy. If backups are involved, deletion may complete on the next scheduled secure rotation cycle.

Verification evidence and communication

To prevent unauthorized requests, we may ask for supporting evidence such as company domain confirmation, account administrator acknowledgment, or contract reference details. During active deletion processing, we provide status updates so stakeholders can track progress and expected completion timing. Once deletion is complete, we can provide a closure summary describing what data scope was removed and what records were retained under required legal or security obligations.
